Her presentation will explore how Barbados can leverage international trends in policy development; how its citizens take advantage of the ubiquity of smart phones and developments like cloud computing to drive entrepreneurial activity and assist Barbados to become the number one entrepreneurial hub by 2020; and what can be done to create new technology centric sectors with skilled ICT workers.
Ms. Medford is a leading telecommunications policy specialist having worked in the industry for over 20 years. She is an attorney-at-law who has developed a wealth of experience over 26 years, first in private practice and then as in house counsel.
