All prospective Members are required to complete an application form and submit it to the Secretariat for the review and approval, or otherwise, of the Executive Committee.

Upon being admitted to Membership and thereafter on or before the 30th day of June in each year for each year beginning the 1st day of April and ending the 31st day of March, every Member is required to pay the annual subscription fee of the Association as prescribed for that year.
